KCS Estates is currently evaluating potential agent partners in California to work with us in regions outside of Marin County, California. Here are the qualities that we seek:

• Proactive outreach efforts to identify uncovered opportunities
• Tenacity - understanding and respect for process of sifting through opportunities
• Passionate Detachment - passionate about the market, but able to detach and advise if opportunity not right
